The 7th AIAC Pre-Moot for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot was held from 10-12 March 2023 at the Asian International Arbitration Centre in Kuala Lumpur.
Our partner, Chooi Jing Yen, was invited to sit as arbitrator for the general rounds and the round of 16. This was the first physical AIAC Pre-Moot in KL after the 4th, 5th and 6th editions were all held virtually.
A total of 26 teams participated in this pre-moot, which was eventually won by the team from the National Law School of India University.
The 30th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot will be held in Vienna, Austria from 31 March to 6 April 2023.
