Practice Areas

Rachel Wong is a seasoned corporate lawyer with a strong focus on startups, venture capital, and emerging businesses. Since beginning her practice in 2015, Rachel has advised numerous early-stage and growth-stage companies across industries—from fintech to healthtech—on fundraising, structuring, regulatory compliance, and shareholder matters.

Her experience spans private equity transactions, M&A deals, and cross-border corporate structuring. Prior to joining her current firm, she practised at a top-tier international law firm in Singapore and London, advising both founders and investors on multi-million dollar financing rounds and strategic exits.

Deeply embedded in the startup ecosystem across Southeast Asia and China, Rachel supports early-stage teams, international investors, and high-growth companies navigating the commercial and legal complexities of scaling. Her work covers venture financings, commercial contracts, platform terms, cross-border structuring, and exit strategies.

Rachel is known for her commercial sharpness, clear communication, and decisive handling of legal risk—making her a go-to advisor in fast-paced, regulated sectors.

Alongside her legal practice, Rachel has cultivated a strong interest in legaltech and startup infrastructure. She actively develops tools to automate corporate workflows, streamline commercial documentation, and increase access to legal support for early stage ventures.
