Seraphine joined Eugene Thuraisingam Asia LLC in 2026 because of the firm’s commitment to pro bono service and achieving greater access to justice. She has assisted in numerous matters before all levels of the Singapore courts, and worked on a wide variety of cases, including but not limited to cases involving cheating offences, misuse of drugs offences, negligence claims, constitutional challenges and extradition.

Achievements

Seraphine graduated Summa Cum Laude from Singapore Management University in 2024 with a double degree in Law and Business Management.
She was a recipient of the Lee Kong Chian Scholarship and placed on the Dean’s List in all applicable academic years.
She was called to the Bar in 2026 and scored distinctions in Dispute Resolution and Private Client Practice in the Part B Singapore Bar Examinations, earning her a place on the Singapore Institute of Legal Education’s Commendation List 2025.
