Thailand & SE Asia: 4th Annual International Arbitration & Corporate Crime Summit

The 4th Annual International Arbitration & Corporate Crime Summit 2023 was held in Bangkok, Thailand and organised by LegalPlus. It was attended by lawyers from across Southeast Asia as well as in-house counsel from Thailand and around the region. This year’s focal topics included:-

a. due process in arbitration

b. the ease or difficulty of enforcing arbitral awards in Thailand and around

c. managing shareholder disputes

d. cyptocurrency litigation and cybercrime

Managing partner Eugene Thuraisingam contributed to a panel on anti-bribery and whistleblowing. The session was moderated by Selina Toh of RPC Premier Law and the other panelists were Sameet Gambhir (DCM Shriram Ltd), Chitchai Punsan (Tilleke & Gibbins) and Emi Rowse (Kudun & Partners).
