Making a meaningful impact in diverse ways at Eugene Thuraisingam LLP

In an article published in The Business Times on 22 March 2023 titled “Making Meaningful Impact In Diverse Ways,” five companies were featured for their values, mission and corporate purpose. Amongst these was Eugene Thuraisingam LLP.

Eugene Thuraisingam LLP was conferred the Champions of Good Award in 2022.

This highlights our commitment to making meaningful impact in different ways, through our unique business model and our involvement in a variety of pro bono and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Access to justice has been a core function of the firm since its founding in 2012.

One of our partners, Suang Wijaya, was interviewed about how we continue to keep our employees engaged and continue attracting fresh talent. For example, junior lawyers have opportunities to do cases that interest and engage them, and the firm’s partners have regular one-on-one sessions with lawyers under their supervision. These sessions provide regular feedback on work performance and help understand their professional and developmental aspirations. Other companies were also featured, such as PSA Singapore, Singapore Exchange (SGX), P&G and Pan Pacific Hotels Group.
