About Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific rankings

In this year’s edition of Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific rankings, our firm’s “[r]esponsive, effective strategy, and intelligent legal analysis” was noted. Eugene was described to be “[v]ery responsive, responsible and reliable”, “[f]riendly and approachable”, and “excellent”. Our lawyers Chooi Jing Yen and Chen Yongxin were also mentioned in Benchmark Litigation’s analysis, as lawyers who “upheld their professionalism and showed kindness and compassion”, and “are superb at their work, so calm and confident with what they do”.

Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific is the definitive guide to the Asia-Pacific region’s leading litigation law firms and lawyers and provides an in-depth analysis of the legal players shaping the dynamic practice of litigation. Their publication solely focuses on dispute resolution in 14 jurisdictions in the Asia-Pacific region, including Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, among others and over 20 practice areas.

Alongside the firm rankings, Benchmark Litigation also recognises the work of outstanding legal practitioners under the categories of Litigation Stars and Future Stars. These recommendations are based on three criteria: the complexity of cases, peer feedback, and client feedback.

There were 187 Litigation stars recognised in Singapore, in 13 practice areas, including Labor and Employment, International Arbitration, and White-collar Crime, and ten other practices. These Litigation Stars are highly regarded by their peers and possess a strong case record and positive client feedback.

Our disputes-focused firm is led by noted litigator Eugene Thuraisingam, and includes partners Suang Wijaya, Chooi Jing Yen, Johannes Hadi and Hamza Malik.

We would like to express our sincerest appreciation to all our esteemed clients, business associates and friends who have entrusted us with their legal disputes. We are truly humbled by the recognition we have received for our legal expertise, quality of work and dedication to our clients.
