Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the manner in which Eugene Thuraisingam LLP (our “Firm”) collects, uses, manages, maintains, protects and discloses personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”). Our Firm values and respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in our possession or under our control.

This Policy applies to the collection, use and/or disclosure of personal data within Singapore, even if any remaining part(s) of the data processing takes place somewhere else in the world. We may collect, use or disclose personal data from you only if you voluntarily provide such information to us. 3.3 Prior to 2 July 2014

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal data regarding our Firm website visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
